Engagement and consultation programs create lots of different types of data.
We will work with you to design your programs so that you collect the right data at the right times to meet your objectives. And then we will analyse and report on it.
We also evaluate existing research to inform good decision-making, creating clear reports that are targeted to their audiences.

Mendleson worked with BHP Billiton in 2016 and 2017/2018 to audit internal communications across this global group to evaluate where internal communications and engagement could be improved. This has provided insights and strategies that are being used to improve engagement across the company. We are currently working on the 2020 audit.
Mendleson worked with Holden in 2012 and 2013 to audit internal communications during this critical stage of the company’s history in the lead-up to the closure decision. It was a stressful time for the staff and the company wanted to be sure it was communicating effectively with its many staff across Australia. The audit included many recommendations for improving communications and Mendleson was also contracted to design and deliver training for managers to increase their skills in having difficult conversations.
Mendleson analysed the feedback received from the public consultations into the 2015 Review of the Victorian Climate Change Act and the 2017 Review of Retail Gas and Electricity markets.
Both these projects involved rapid analysis of the many submissions and developing a summary report of key themes, content and quantitative analysis to aid the Independent Review Panels. Many of the submissions were complex and technical and these were large projects completed under tight time pressures. We received very positive feedback from both panels.
