Communications audit of the Housing Division
The Housing Division comprises nearly 1,000 employees spread across Victoria in a number of roles and geographical areas. Management needed to improve its internal communications to underpin significant organisational and cultural change.
Mendleson Communication used a combination of interviews, focus groups and surveys to analyse current communications activities, issues, barriers to communication, and identify future requirements. We then provided a strategy and recommendations on how the division could communicate more effectively with its internal stakeholders.
