Nicola Mendleson is an Engagement Institute Licensed Trainer, delivering IAP2 Australasia courses. She has convened a community of practice for senior engagement practitioners in Melbourne for over five years and established and facilitated three communities of practice for the Engagement Institute. She has trained hundreds of engagement pracitioners, councillors, managers, engineers, community workers, etc. around Australia and New Zealand through her roles as an Engagement Institute trainer, agency principal and consultant.
We have provided mentoring for individuals and groups, providing a safe space and a sounding board to brainstorm issues, discuss concerns, develop skills and careers.
We can provide the IAP2 Australasia Certificate of Engagement courses, delivered by the Engagement Institute in-house online or in person for your team or design a course tailored to specific requirements, for example, briefings and training programs for executive team members or training in specific skills such as deliberative engagement.
